Our signature venue, the Cibolo Ballroom is perfect for large corporate meetings with capacity for up to 200 people. This column-free, open space offers ample natural light as well as blackout drapes for digital presentations.

Bluffs Event Lawn

The Bluffs Event Lawn is spacious and perfect for outdoor meetings and receptions, cocktail parties and team-building complete with an oversized fire pit, towering oaks, and garden-style lighting.

Bluffs Event Center

Up to 400 Guests | 6,000 Sq. Ft.

With 6,000 square feet of meeting space, the standalone Bluffs Event Center is divisible into three rooms, and offers full in-house audio/visual technology options. Featuring a private pre-function space, restrooms, and a 4,000 square foot Event Lawn with large oak trees and a fire pit, the Event Center can host up to 400 guests, with direct load-in and easy access via a dedicated loading dock.

Oaks Pavilion

Highlighted by a thatched pergola and an outdoor fire pit, the Oaks Pavilion meeting venue is as unique as it is comfortable. Overlooking Tapatio's 18 holes, perfect sunsets are par for the course.

Clubhouse Event Lawn

Up to 300 Guests | 3,600 Sq. Ft.

The Clubhouse Event Lawn is set between Holes #9 and #18 of the golf course and adjacent to Cibolo Ballroom and terrace, with fire pit and waterfall feature as backdrop. Lawn is artificial turf allowing for multi-use and comfortable for all events. Also a perfect setting for a private Concert!

Double L Event Lawn

Up to 350 Guests | 5,000 Sq. Ft.

Double L Event Lawn is set between the Resort pool and Adult pool, complete with a stage for entertainment and perfect for outdoor meals, concerts and team building activity. Lawn is artificial turf allowing for multi-use and allows use of Double L Bar for private events (seasonal) and access to fire pits.
